Machine Engraving
Machine engraving is typically used to inscribe:
- A special message on the inside of a wedding band between bride and groom
- Initials on a charm necklace, cuff links or other jewelry items
- Congratulatory greetings on award plaques
- Commemoration of a special day, such as a First Communion
Many items can be engraved, except for pieces with certain finishes such as some painted or plated items.
We also offer etching on materials such as stone, glass and wood, for instance on a vase or picture frame.
A large number of standard fonts are available, and logos or other custom artwork can be engraved as well (however, non-authorized, copyrighted material cannot be duplicated without permission, such as professional sports team logos).
You can provide us with the item(s) to be engraved or etched, or you may purchase items through our catalog. Pricing is dependent on the amount of engraving (usually total number of characters), the number of items to engrave and other factors.
Custom designs are available with an extended library of fonts and graphics for an additional consultation and setup fee. Hand-drawn designs may also be recreated by our designer for machine engraving. The custom design fee is quoted on an individual, per job basis.
